The Aleit Academy
As part of the Stir Kitchen we have some young, energetic students on board who are here to gain invaluable experience as part of their qualification at The Aleit Academy. They cover all aspects of the hospitality industry, including Event Management & Planning, Hospitality Management and Professional Culinary training.
The Aleit Academy is in association with The Institute of Culinary Arts (ICA), South Africa’s leading training school for world-class chefs which is internationally recognised for producing industry-ready professionals of the highest calibre. Stir Food’s Head Chef Gustaaf Boshoff, is always eager to work with these young minds during the completion of their practical hours, as they share in his educational values and learn how to chop, dice and slice!
